Returns and Exchanges
If you change your mind on a full priced item, you may return it for store credit or exchange, as we do not issue refunds. We are happy to receive back items that are in original condition with tags on and without any alteration or wash. Items exclude: Cosmetics, Hair accessories, Hosiery, Hats, Lingerie, Swimwear, Earrings.
Store credit will be issued once item has been returned to Leilani Boutique. We will endeavor to replace or repair items which are faulty and if we can't, you will be issued with a refund.
Items must be returned within 14 days, any items returned after this time will not be accepted.
SALE items and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Send us an email with clear photos of the fault(s) letting us know what the problem with the garment is at email@example.com.

Please also note that you will be responsible for the cost of postage. Include a receipt of the postage cost if a refund is required due to a fault. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
